I hired Shane (Scopeworx) to remove 7 large tree stumps, remove a pool house, remove a concrete inground pool, remove the concrete pool surround, remove several retaining walls, fill in the pool hole according to the Geotech specifications of compaction, saw cut around 20 metres of concrete and level the site according to the survey heights required by the surveyor in preparation for two houses on the land. I found Shane to be honest and trustworthy, always thinking ahead and trying to save time and money where ever he could. He gave me updates each day of progress, with photos, and would call me straight away if things weren't going to plan to come up with a solution. Would I hire him again? In short, yes.
