MAD POOLS!!!!!!!!!, What a fantastic result they delivered. My wife went to Mark in October, he quoted and we were told about February. My wife kept trying to have it completed sooner and fair enough all done 2 days before Christmas. Michael was running the job and you can tell he has a life time of experience and knowledge, from swapping phone numbers to handover, he kept us informed all the way. We had a pool resurface and it is as a brand new pool should be, the only thing I will say is if you ask for an urgent job and they fit you in be ready. We went from begin 2+ months away to we will be there tomorrow and its on like Donkey Kong..... about 10-12 days later the pool is blue and full ready for Holidays. We had a few contractors come out and give us a quote (and a couple of no shows) but knew as soon as Craig talked through our options that Monsoon was our go to without even seeing the quote. Craig was professional and knowledgeable. The quote came in and just confirmed our decision. Pricing was very competitive. The dig commenced on 24th Jan and water filled and ready to swim 11th April - 11 weeks!!! We couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Tony, the build manager was super helpful, very responsive and made every effort to ensure everything was on track and completed with the utmost quality. He was exceptional in every way, from organising trades to working through options when we hit solid rock to his super friendly personality to make us feel comfortable through every stage of what is a huge investment. Michael was running the job and you can tell he has a life time of experience and knowledge, from swapping phone numbers to handover, he kept us informed all the way. We had a pool resurface and it is as a brand new pool should be, the only thing I will say is if you ask for an urgent job and they fit you in be ready. We went from begin 2+ months away to we will be there tomorrow and its on like Donkey Kong..... about 10-12 days later the pool is blue and full ready for Holidays.
