We got caught by a dodgy contractor and ultimately, Greg saved us! We are a small body corporate at Soldiers Point and needed a pool fence replacement. We accepted the lowest of two quotes and landed in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal seeking orders for the full removal and replacement of the sub-standard fence the low quote delivered. Greg, despite missing out on the job, provided us with a quote to fully remove and replace the sub-standard work with a fully compliant aluminum fence. His quote formed the basis of our submission to the Tribunal and ultimately the Tribunal's order in our favour. Almost twelve months later and having failed to secure the payment ordered by the Tribunal, we went back to Greg to have the then corroding fence removed and replaced. Greg did the job and stood by the quote he provided to assist us in the Tribunal. We cannot thank him enough. The quality of his work, professionalism and character are outstanding.
