I recently needed to replace my filter as it was well over 10 years old and started to notice leaks in O rings and low pressure in the pool. I contacted Jim's Pools and they connected me with Jason as the local representative. Jason moved his schedule to come and have a look that evening and gave us an honest assessment and booked us in for 2 days later. Not only was he professional, easy going and knowledgeable, he had a new filter installed and converted us to a salt pool within 48 hours. This is notable as it is December and a week before Christmas when his schedule was extremely busy. I was impressed with his knowledge and very happy to have his team now servicing my pool going forward.

I can highly recommend Mark for the professional expertise and personal skills he brings. Today he sorted out a complex pool leak problem involving several pipes and hydroscopic valve - spent the necessary time to repair it with minimal mess to the paving. He also reset pavers and cleaned up afterwards. Job took some time at a very reasonable price.
