I moved into a house with a complex pool system. One phone call to Doug to explain our confusion and Doug had arranged for Trina to come out and show us everything. Nothing was too much trouble for Trina who explained the workings of the filter, plumbing and operation of the systems. I had a thousand questions and Trina answered them confidently. Trina gave me some great tips to help maintain the pool but...after such great and helpful service I have now booked Doug Allen Pools for a monthly service. It is wonderful to have such great old fashioned service where nothing was a problem. You have certainly impressed me. Thank you again
