Our unique class structure is perfect for every level, from beginner to advanced students and all women are welcome. Beach Fit Dance is Newcastle's leading fitness based dance school. Beach Fit Dance has Dance & Fitness classes for all ages. Teaching tiny tots to adults in jazz, tap, Dance Fit, Zumba, ballet, contemporary & hip hop. All teachers are experienced holding Dance, Fitness, Childcare and Senior First Aid qualifications. Beach Fit Dance has Studios in Mayfield, East Maitland, Caves Beach & Fern Bay. Dance classes include: Tiny Tots - Music, Dance, Movement & Fitness for 2-4 year olds Pre-school Ballet - Age appropriate music and movement activities to teach children the basics of dance through enjoyable classes. Tiny Tots through to Juniors - Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Polerina's, Chinese Pole Dragons & Hip Hop ZumbAtomic - Zumba fitness classes for kids which includes fun & exciting dance moves and music which the kids just love! Adults - Zumba, Ballet, Burlesque, Stretch, Pole Fitness, Contemporary, Street Tap & Hip Hop classes. All classes are great for beginners through to advanced. All classes are great for trimming down and toning up as they're all taught by dance first then fitness qualified dance teachers.

At Bella's Pole Studio, we combine a perfect mix of strengthening, toning, stretching and cardio, all for a phenomenal full body workout. We build your strength gradually by incorporating strength and flexibility training into the floor work portion of all our levels of classes. All classes are designed for women ONLY and are for all ages (must be over 16), shapes, sizes and fitness levels. There are 8 week courses, private training and free information and viewing sessions (week 8 of each term). We have beginner, intermediate and advanced classes to help you grow from one level to the next. Classes are housed in a beautiful, fully air-conditioned and carpeted dance studio in Morisset (easily located off the F3 Freeway). We promise a safe, friendly, non-sexual environment with NO spectators or nudity. We also have a small creche area that will enable you to bring your young children along to class. Our classes are great fun and overall, enable you to empower yourself!
