Over a few visits, they fitted me into a pair of Birkenstocks, a set of compression socks and a pair of joggers so I had something to wear at any time of the day. Coast Sport Physio & Sports MedicineAfter three months being told to rest and elevate my left foot I asked for MRI, and I had a stress fracture on my metatarsal. not wanting to rest and elevate anymore I got an appointment with Royston, wow, what a difference. I had rate 8 pain before and now …4 weeks later I only have sometimes tenderness, I’m walking without a hobble. I’ve followed his advice little exercise and stretches. Thought being in 70’s meant I had to just accept it. Not so thanks to Ryston.
