Nathan and Steve attended to our blocked sewer issue today. We have a history of a blocked sewer owing to infiltrating tree roots. It turned out to be a major job (6 hours) requiring a lot of digging, locating the suspect piping and then replacing same with new PVC straight piping and T- connections. A camera was used inside the new piping to ensure that there were no hindrances to effective effluent flow. We are extremely happy with the job that both Steve and Nathan have performed. We are assured by Nathan that we now have a permanent solution to our toilet blocking issues that have necessitated in the past 6 monthly mini clean outs. The job was left in a very tidy state and both Steve and Nathan were very good with communications not to mention being very polite and respectful to us.
