Had a house in Cairns for 40 years and over that time a number of plumbing jobs required. All good plumbers before. Last job was all day outside on a 33 deg. day, and from initial contact, to reasonable quote through to the completion of the job they were the best. Highly recommended and my #1 goto plumbing service (subject to a still reasonable quote) for any future requirements.

It is nice to ring a tradesman that arrives let alone anything else. If he is running late, he rings to let me know he is still coming. A great thing when so many tradesmen do not show up or when they do spend half their time on their mobile phones. or do a very inadequate job. Thanks Degen.

This is the second system we have had from FNQ Hot Water and have had excellent service both time. We followed Henry's advice, for the 1st one and did not get the common model on the market at that time and were never disappointed. The first system, an Edwards, did not fail; it had to be removed as the house was pulled down. We rarely used a booster and had more hot water than needed. When we got the present system, he took the old one away free of charge. Great service. High recommend. He knows his product.
