The Manning River Hotel is the place to be in Taree. Recently renovated with modern facilities, we have 12 beers on tap, full TAB facilities, Keno, raffles and a games room with pool tables. There is also a kids play room, we are a family friendly hotel. We also have a fantastic on site restaurant which operates 7 days a week. Courtesy bus available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. We have a pokies room including an undercover outdoor smoking area. The hotel also has a bottle shop and ATM facilities. Plenty of parking available, with disabled access. Our restaurant area can seat up to 200 people, and we have additional function areas available. On the 28th of April in 1956, Taree Railway Institute Bowling Club was officially opened by R. Winsor ESQ, the Commissioner for Railways. Since then, we have become the go-to spot for lawn bowls, events and delicious food. Our newly renovated Dining Car bistro is bound to have something to your liking, with an assortment of beverages and moreish meals. Watch one of the local games we sponsor at our club bar or try your hand at competition or social bowling. We provide a courtesy bus from Friday to Sunday, so that you can enjoy the full experience of our restaurant, bar and bowls.
