In 1980, Roger and Lesley Gillespie opened the first Bakers Delight in Hawthorn, Victoria. Since then, we’ve been delighting our customers every day with delicious, freshly baked bread. From our classic loaves to our artisanal sourdoughs, our bread is baked fresh each day using traditional recipes and real ingredients. Still proudly family-owned and operated by joint CEOs Elise Gillespie & David Christie, Bakers Delight is now Australia’s most successful bakery franchise and can be found in more than 700 locations across Australia, Canada, USA and New Zealand.

Flaming Good is owned by Tony and Danielle. Our journey began when we ran our family olive grove in South East Queensland. After struggling to make a living from the olive grove we started pizza nights and these quickly became a huge success. We found that overnight the wood-fired Cob oven would hold a perfect roasting temperature. Using the cooling oven to roast our own farm-raised pork and lamb we began creating delicious and succulent roasts, with a rich depth of flavour we hadn’t experienced for a long time. Fast forward several years and Flaming Good now caters for events and private functions all across Queensland from our Toowoomba base. We cater functions of 40 people up to 25,000 people at major events. We now have a wide range of wood and charcoal-fired ovens creating delicious food including pizzas, fresh platters, BBQ’s, traditional roast with all the trimmings and decadent desserts. Together with our amazing Kitchen Family of very friendly hard-working staff, our trailers travel across Queensland to birthdays, engagement parties, weddings, family functions and corporate events.
