Brilliant customer service when dealing with issues/mistakes. Mick, who I spoke with on the phone was sincere and apologetic when he heard of the mix up that my fridge wasn’t going to be delivered today. I had ordered food to be delivered from Woolworths tomorrow that had to be refrigerated so if I didn’t get the fridge we would have been screwed and out of food till Tuesday. The boss made sure it was delivered this afternoon and by himself personally. Can’t not thank them all enough!

Rasura ChiropracticI met Phil in the car park today, he was collecting trolleys. He was very kind and helpful, found a path for my trolley through The parked cars. Such a happy and delightful man, first time I have ever met anyone quite like him. Service with a smile. Highly recommend Phil.
