Unfortunately our experience with Ideal foundations is disgraceful!!!! We are in the position where our builder ANA building group has gone into liquidation in Jan 2016 and Ideal Foundations had completed our foundation back in March 2015. Unfortunately our house has only completed the foundation and the frame work and for any builder to take on this incompleted job they need the Form 16 to certify the foundation has completed properly. For this reason we have contacted Ideal Foundation and the general manager Sean will not release our form 16 as there is unpaid account from the builder, despite the fact that we have paid all our accounts to the builder (in fact overpaid him for thousands of dollars). I find it immoral that they are black mailing us to pay AGAIN even though it is not our fault. In this difficult time where we have lost A LOT of monies and Ideal Foundations are owed $4400 only by the builder. To make it worse they are insisting we pay their account without them ver
