used to be a great practice before this ‘upgrade’. The surroundings of the practice may look pristine and professional but the staff are far from it. The male receptionist was beyond rude when learning I was a nauseous pregnant woman despite testing negative for covid and mortifying me in front of everyone in the practice that I am a risk to everyone. Outted me as covid positive to all their patients, made me wait outside, verbally abused me and was treated as a quarantine patient. They then purposely pushed my appointment time for over an hour, and when the dr. Haley finally came out I was criticised and blamed for the situation. Disgusting practice & disgusting staff.
