Great physiotherapists. They often have a massage therapist there as well so you can get treatment and a relaxation session. They also do prevention plan appointments.

The team at Unanderra Physio & Pilates are continually going above and beyond. Tim the physio is GREAT, the office staff are friendly, helpful and lovely and Kristina out in the exercise room is an absolute treasure. Would recommend this place to anyone. The girls on reception are also all helpful and friendly. Support another local business.....

Be careful when getting bikes serviced here. My sons bike got serviced here 2 days ago, a part they serviced failed today and they tried to give me my money back and say its not their responsibility. I wouldn't touch their money, I went somewhere else. I was told because I purchased the bike at another store and 'they didn't make any profit on it" I have to take it to the other store (which is in Newcastle so I cant go there).

I had vertigo for about 4 months and nothing seemed to work! I then got referred to physical therapy from a specialist. I have now have been seeing Steph for a about a month now. She's amazing! I've never felt this good for a long time. I highly recommend Steph & all the team!
