Hi, I'm Sarah. When I first started practising physiotherapy it had not occurred to me that the body could be a gateway for deep spiritual transformation and emotional healing. Working with athletes, and in hospitals and rehabilitation centres, I had previously seen serious injuries as something that would be �hard to get over�. However when I started having my own injuries, illnesses and health challenges, things changed a lot. I began studying meditation, yoga and NLP, and something miraculous happened.
