Our technical PT programs meet you where your rehab or training level is, weave in some fundamental movement patterns, and then push on towards your goals feeling taller, lighter and smoother. We do that by getting your nervous system back in the game … re-engaging sleepy muscles, and rebuilding the motor control sequences that give your joints better control and stability in sport and everyday life. So that, whatever level you’re training at, we’ll coach you to feel better in your body while you’re doing it.

We offer a comprehensive range of primary care services ,as well as house calls. We are actively involved in teaching medical, physiotherapy and nursing students from JCU and RACGP Registrars. In 2011 our trading name was changed to Strive Health and Physiotherapy after incorporating a physiotherapy service into the practice. Our mission is to provide quality, holistic, personally orientated care to all those who choose our services, based on the best available scientific evidence. This practice is a general medical and physiotherapy practice that accepts all un-referred patients for assessment of health and wellbeing. We do not discriminate on any grounds.
