Cannot speak for everything, but engraving glassware—absolutely terrible job. A set of wedding champagne flutes were ruined because apparently the glass was too hard and I should of bought the cheapest I could find. The computer engraving with the names was so faint you had to turn the glass to see them and the intertwined rings looked like a young child had drawn them. Was also told to buy glass instead of crystal as crystal has a tendency to chip. I went to see two other engravers with this and they both said they have never had any problem engraving crystal. So now I have one half engraved flute with the other bare. For your glass engraving I would totally not get it done at this shop.
For something totally different try Lumigrafika. They will customise and engrave just about anything. The Slimline Flashdrive Box Set was the best idea ever. Flashdrive was beautifully engraved and held all my digital photos, while the Slimline Box also engraved was a great place to hold my photos
