Elyse Patten has been behind the lens for 20 years and worked all over the world telling the stories of minority language communities. Elyse has also explored careers in theology, social work, linguistics and journalism. This occupational buffet embodies a desire to understand, document and communicate the human experience. A non-fiction lover, she believes that life is art.

Capturing life through the lens has been Oran’s passion for life. Oran so proud to now be able to offer his photos to you for your interior decor be it home or office. Oran was born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel. He started taking photo’s 19 years ago. Once finished in the Israeli Army he studied at Musrara College in Jerusalem. Majoring in both photography and art. Starting off in the city as a nightlife/club photographer he then evolved into more of a studio-based artist. Oran focused on Newborns, Maternity and wedding event photography. 8 years ago, Oran left Jerusalem for the Big Island of Hawaii and it was here he really started to dedicate his photography to landscapes. Oran’s passion truly lies in thought provoking imagery. Only 4 years ago he decided to make Australia and more specifically Noosa his home. He now lives in Noosa full time capturing all the incredible shots you can see when you visit him at Oran Hassidim Photography gallery on Sunshine Beach Road, Noosa Heads, Queensland. This is his second gallery open to the public. At the Sunshine Beach Rd gallery, you can come and see his photographs from both his beloved Nikon and DJI.

It is to capture you and your family for who you are, and the connections between you all, that create your unique family bond. I aim to not only take a photo but to look deeper and capture images which portray the real essence and personalities of my subjects. Moments, which are often fleeting and often forgotten, but are now captured forever; images that you and your family can look at over years to come and cherish.
