These guys are fantastic, offer 5/5 service and staff are so knowledgeable and they were so willing to help me learn how to care for the tropical fish tank I have inherited. Really great shop.

I dropped my dog off at 8.30am for his Hygiene Groom. They rang me at 1.30pm and said he was ready to be picked up and was getting restless. They normally text me when they have finished Grooming him, but I did not receive one. I got there to pick him up and he was locked in a cage. I bought him home and he drank copious amounts of water and then vomited from drink so much. It's my understanding that they had not given him any water in the 5 hours he was there. My daughter and I noticed that he was not acting like himself. He is normally happy, affectionate and full of life. After we got him home he seemed sad and frightened. I'm not sure what happened to him there but needless to say I won't be using Petbarn Bundall Grooming Services again. PS ~ I would give zero stars if I could.
