Our staff are actively involved in ongoing training, and are given the opportunity to specialise in a field with the aim of better servicing customers.

The Petshop Boyz are a locally owned, independently run business located in the suburb of Mayfield in the Newcastle, NSW area. We decided to enter the world of the pet supply business because we have a passion for our pets and after many years owning and showing dogs, we wanted to share our knowledge with the rest of the world!!! We have a dedicated team behind us who are experts in their various fields. We have bird, reptile, fish, poultry, dog, cat and small animal experts on our team who are here to help make pet ownership easier for our valued customers.
