Had a chat with Phil, Bishops owner re. bad customer experience with one of his employees. Phil, a charming gentleman, apologised and reassured me that all is OK now. Therefore, we have decided to continue buying our farm products from his shop. Bought food for Amy's pony and was served by lovely Derek. Happy again!
