I was made to feel completely at ease and confident that I was doing the right thing for my beloved Bella, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. What touched me most was the way Toby sat down with me for much needed encouraging words of comfort before I faced the inevitable. He was patient and understanding, and he really made me feel that I wasn't alone in this difficult journey. His empathy and genuine care made the whole situation easier to bear.
