My experience with this vet has always been positive, we recently had to put our dear old dog Winni to sleep, and the care and compassion was next level, we really appreciate the relaxed way it was done, out on the tailgate of our car, birds singing, sun shining and us holding Winnis paw as she crossed the rainbow bridge, thankyou Tinana vet for making this awful time a lot easier.

I took my big girl Bonnie into Pamper Pals to get a bath and she came out smelling and looking absolutely beautiful and her nails were done which ive struggled to do myself since Bonnie was a little puppy! As a added bonus Chantelle noticed some issues Bonnie had and gave me advice on what to do about Bonnie's goopie eyes and rough paws plus some other things. Bonnie has never been better thanks to her advice and she has never been happier, Bonnie's paws are smother her ears are soft and her coat is always shiny now and no longer dul Chantelle and her team are so lovely and Bonnie loves them. Bonnie now enjoys bath time a bit more with The Pamper Pals team
