So thankful for Faye and Kelsey and all the staff at Proserpine Vets. Our 9 yr old girl Lulu was very sick when we arrived at the surgery. Kelsey took control and thanks to her and Faye my little pup is on the road to recovery. Faye is so special she's a very caring person who really does love what she does. On our pups first night at the surgery after her operation Faye stayed with her until midnight, giving us a call at midnight to let us know she was doing OK. Everyday after for three days Faye rang twice a day with an update. So reassuring. They treated my pup and us with the upmost respect and compassion. Even now after our pup is hone Faye rang on Sunday to check her progress and again first thing this morning. All I can say is THANK YOU ALL. YOU ARE THE BEST VETS. I will not hesitate to call again if ever needed. I highly recommend Proserpine Vets to everyone. They are GREAT😀
