I was lucky enough to stumble upon this wonderful company. I am travelling Australia with my dogs. Unfortunately I had to put my older one to rest. I rang Cremation for Pets in FNQ. Through a barrage of tears, I was given compassion and sensitivity. I was not rushed off the phone, or hurried through my tears, they were so patient with me. They even said if I changed my mind, it was alright, I was not committed to anything unless I chose them at the time I put my little girl to rest. This company, and their team are ultimate professionals. I personally, highly recommend them to anyone. A 5-star rating is not high enough. I felt that they also shared the pain and upset I was going through.
