Radley's consistently has a diverse range of products. It's a family run business and over the years, their staff have always been friendly, welcoming and helpful. In particular, the staff will look into sourcing any product(s) that they may not have readily available. Each time you visit, there is something new whether it be new baby farm animals, aquarium stock or new products.
After using these guys you can see why there is no other clinic to use, they are very professional, clean and it’s as if they can talk to the animals. Only use the best service for my 4 fur babies. They the staff treat our cats as if it was their own cats.
Do not use this service
Despite using this service annually for our pet, it seems as though repeat customers are no longer valued.
Our Christmas holiday booking requires an extension of a single day due to not being able to pickup. This was not available to us and neither was the chauffeur service which would of mitigated the issue.
I understand that whilst it is always subject to availability, I’m disappointed they have refused to provide a refund or a credit towards our next stay (which won’t be happening).
Just plain unreasonable.
