Julie looked after my lil Princess Charli girl (miniature Schnauzer) while we were away on Frazer Island. I had the misfortune of having my husky sick OOH which lead to the great fortune of needing Biancas help who in my atmosphere of tremendous anxiety was a true nurturer in being able to reassure me and give a service that was second to none especially considering my husky wasnt even a patient of this practice before the event but I will be changing after this experience. We had a wonderful friendship with Four Way Kennels for about a decade with our "old dog" Bella, an affectionate Golden Retriever. Leonie was so kind and flexible fitting her in when we got emergency calls to go to attend to our elderly relatives in New Zealand. Knowing that our Bella was being loved and kept happy made it all that bit easier. Thank you once again Leonie! Years later we have returned with our new dog Lucy to find that Four ways is still as good as ever. We found ourselves boarding in the middle of the new owners take over period, but that was no problem. We especially appreciate the care given to our pets and the friendly and flexible staff. The extended opening hours are a great help when having to travel long distances. Best wishes to the new owners and to Steve and Leonie for their "retirement!"
