The team at Sugarland Animal Hospital are simply wonderful. A big thank you to all of you for your exceptional service. Your always welcoming, and make me feel relieved and un foolish when i come in. I usually feel like a flake when i do come in cause i usually have no idea whats going on.. Thank you for everything you do !

NO greeting when entering the store. NO staff asking if you need help. You have to go and find a staff member if you need do help. Plus in my experiences staff seem to be untrained and therefore not helpful at all. VERY poor service :(

A great friendly team of people, they were amazing saving my best friends life (dog). Would recommend them highly to anyone seeking care for their animals.

After retaining the services of BPS (Bundaberg Pet Sitters), I am totally disgusted at the way my animals and my property were treated. I came home to find the written and verbal instructions for the care of my cat and dog had not been followed. There had been NO poo patrol done in yard for at least 5 days, plants not watered (all dead), freezer left open and defrosted at least overnight then refrozen, open dog meat put back in freezer and blood dripped throughout freezer - was not told about this incident. No mail collected, screen door key broken and left in lock so could not use door, again was not notified of this incident. Had to resort to police threat to get my house keys back. In my opinion this service needs to be looked into and gets a MINUS 5 stars.
