We have used the clinic for a fair while now with all our pets and the hardest times are when one is on its last legs. A truly gracious thank you to Sally and her wonderful staff who just about all had some involvement last week when we had to put another family pet to rest, your care right up to "presenting her" back to us with a memorial gift was overwhelming and so thoughtful we haven't experienced that before and are forever grateful. xx
