Outstanding vetinary practice. Zoe is knowledgable, efficient, professional and compassionate. I would not trust the care of our guinea pigs to anyone else.
At the end of October my poor very sick Candi came into your care. Sadly she passed away that night but the entire staff at Rose Ave Vets clinic were so helpful and compassionate to me and my family in our time of grief. This included the Vet Matthew at Toormina and the receptionist there as well as Trudy and Amy from Rose Ave. Please forgive me if I have your names wrong but you will know who you are.
Not only were the staff helpful at that time, but a couple of weeks later I received a beautiful card of sympathy, a lovely poem called The Rainbow Bridge and a small vial containing some of my beautiful Candi's hair.
I truly thank you all for being the most professional, caring, loving people that you all are. I highly recommend you to all I speak to and will again when we get our next fur baby continue to use your services.
Thank you so much again.
Kindest regards always
Heather and Col Graham
Disappointed with the service at TLC Boarding Kennel. We had our two fur babies, a Rottie and a Labrador, boarded for three nights from 2nd to 4th July 2017. We spoke with the owner prior to boarding with information on our Rottie (anxiety around other dogs, doesn't like being forced and she has only been boarded three times) and they said they have lots of experience with dogs. Upon arrival, Ross proceeded to put the lead on our Rottie and drag her into the kennels. She yelped, was very distressed and didn't want to go in. We told the owners to use treats to get her in as we had no choice but to leave her at the kennels. Pip mentioned that she had her own recipe of chicken mince from Coles with rice and vegetables and she had a lot of experience with children as she is a 75 yr old grandmother. We called Ross and Pip daily to see how our doggies were going. Ross said that our Rottie wouldn't let him anywhere close, he couldn't use the lead on her, she wasn't getting out of the kennel
