Mai & crew have looked after all my animals (cats, rabbits, dog) for years, including a stressy cat and a behaviourally complicated dog. I would never choose to board my mob anywhere else! I could not recommend them more.

When I lived in Alice Springs my two cats both went here when we went on holiday and couldn't find a housesitter. They looked after both of our cats so well which was great as one has anxiety and the other is diabetic. I was worried due to the high needs of my cats but they kept me updating me and made my worries disappear. Highly recommend!

Our kitten has stayed with the lovely team at paws n clawz many times this season whilst we work remotely on tours. Sometimes just two nights, right up to two weeks and each time we pick him up he’s relaxed and chubby - that’s cat happiness right there! Excellent staff, service and pet care!

Scully girl has been staying with Mai and the girls for about 18 months now and she loves it. Scully is a very hands on staffy and needs alot of loving. And she gets all that at paws N Claws. The staff are very friendly and have a big love for animals.(Which makes me feel happy) Very clean area and a lot of pet goodies to buy for you dog or cat. I am a very worried wort as a dog mum, but I don't have to worry about a thing when Scully is at Pawz N Clawz Thanks again Mai and team Soooooooo happy with your service

Tom and Bel are some of the best people I have met. They treated our anxious dog like family and helped us more than I ever thought possible. They are so kind, flexible and caring and our dog always got excited going to day care/boarding. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone. We also did their training course and individual training and the level of detail and little tips and tricks has meant our shelter dog with no manners is now one of those dogs you see in public and go “I wish our dog was that well behaved”. (As per our mates)
