BEST Pest Control in Marmong Point NSW 2284

Arranged pest control at our 2 story home in Medowie. I was clearly quoted over the phone for 2 story home at a fixed cost, all windows and eves would be treated for spider web. None of the 6 upstairs windows were sprayed, although when my husband asked, the tradesman got his step ladder & sprayed in the direction of one upstairs window, which didn’t reach the window but sprayed all over the wall. The tradesman told my husband he wouldn’t be covered for workers compensation working on the roof, at which my husband paid him, got the receipt, which my husband did not sign as the work agreed was not done and was totally misrepresented by the tradesman! He also ran his service vehicle over our verge garden destroying a feature entrance scrub. I rang him tonight to complain, he just hung up the phone! This tradesman cannot be trusted to do as he represents.

I had a great experience with this business. I dealt with Wayne and Kevin and both were fantastic. I will be a continue to be a customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring pest control services. The manner in which they dealt with the my issue and the circumstances involved was exceptional.

I am very happy with the service I received from Benefit Pest Management. I contacted Nathan via Facebook on Monday and he committed to a date and time and arrived on time! He made sure I understood what he was doing and answered every question I asked. The job summary email was concise and easy to understand. As promised, two weeks later he returned to our house to ensure that the pest activity had ceased (which it had!), and let us with instructions on how to reduce the risk of return. He was always happy to answer any questions I had which was very helpful. I'd have no hesitation in recommending these guys for any pest work. We'll certainly use them again!

I phoned this company for advice on controlling Indian Myna birds. The owner was so helpful and gave us great advice. He even went the extra mile and phoned us back with further advice. I will certainly go to him if I require pest control services 😀
