These guys came around to deal with a tiny termite issue in the back deck. The rain made it a bit tricky but they didn’t rush and even showed me where the problem had started. Good to finally have that sorted.

Pretty happy overall. There was a short wait in the morning ‘cause of traffic, but they let me know ahead which was good. The cleaner did a solid job, especially in the living room where the dog likes to hang out. Only small gripe was a bit of damp smell for a day, but it cleared up fine.

Had the carpets done last week after a big spill from my dog’s water bowl. The bloke who came out, I think his name was Tom, sorted it without any fuss. Dried faster than I expected too. Pretty happy with how fresh everything looks now.

The inspection was thorough, and he explained everything clearly, which I appreciated. We could tell that the treatment was done with care, and a few days later, there’s already a noticeable difference. I also liked that he didn’t try to upsell us anything we didn’t need. Quality of work was solid, but the pricing was a bit on the higher side, though still within reason for the value we received.
