Got them in for rug cleaning and a couple of coffee stains that had been bugging me for months. Sarah was friendly and straight-up about what she could fix. No overpromising, which I respect. She worked steady, used proper gear, and got most of the marks out. The rug smells clean again, not perfumed, just fresh. 💪 For the price, I’d say it’s great value considering how grubby it was before. She even helped move a small table out of the way without fuss. One corner still shows a faint patch, but that’s on me for waiting too long. Feels nice walking on it again. Would definitely call them back when the carpets start looking tired. Solid job overall 👍.
