Our modern gym is decked out with Technogym equipment and offering an expansive group fitness timetable along with a strength zone, cardio zone and functional zone. We cater for the whole family with kids classes and a crèche to mind the little ones while you work out. We also offer personal training for that extra motivation if needed. Real Life Fitness is affiliated with CareTrac and also a registered provider with NIB. Operating 7 days / week: Monday - Thursday 5am - 8pm, Friday 5am - 7pm, Saturday 6am - 12pm & Sunday 7am - 12pm.
