Our classes are designed for all fitness levels (even if you have no fitness level), and there are no complicated routines that require high levels of co-ordination. With our smaller class sizes we find that there is no intimidation like you get at larger gyms and you gain motivation and support not only from your trainer but also from your fellow participants.

Holly says Ray helped her reach all of her mental and physical goals. After not training for months, Ray welcomed her with a big smile and threw her arms around her. She felt like she was coming home. She had been fighting some battles but Ray never gave up on believing she was ready and softly encouraged her until she made that choice. Ray is an amazing trainer.
