After having being members since the beginning - having some time out and re-joining - approx 12 months ago, I have to say, we are disappointed, We realise that its hard times, but we feel, there was little or no compassion, Be Careful on entering contracts with this company - and also be careful in the fact that they make offers - while those who have paid full membership get nothing !!. It was disappointing on how the relationship ended, we would have been customers for life, having recommended friends and family members. NOT any more. !
