Odette’s vision is to empower and educate her clients towards optimal health and wellbeing and to assist with the prevention of chronic disease, or the management thereof, through the adoption of healthy lifestyle choices.

Yogababy’s offerings in Brisbane span over two decades. We offer pregnancy yoga, active birth workshops, mums and bubs yoga and professional teacher training.
