There is a 3 month locked in period however the owner advertises a NO LOCK IN period. He also has a $5 penalty to cancel. My second visit the piece of equipment was not working. Give this gym a miss. It's not pleasant at all

For the best workout in Mackay you can't go past Crossfit and Boxing at Crossfit 4740. The staff are fantastic and teach you to move properly whatever level you are at. Beginner to advanced all are catered for in a friendly and safe environment.

As soon as I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed! I would recommend Crossfit Mackay for anyone, from beginners and athletes. The athletes were very welcoming and were happy to help. The staff were super friendly too.
