E Lil Ditty says she loves it there. They're friendly and they have heaps of cardio and weight training equipment as well as massive room for classes. The gym is open and rustic with lots of different places to work out, all with a close-up view of the river. She's a stickler for clean bathrooms and theirs are spotless. She sees them cleaning every time she's there, even though she goes at totally different times. There's heaps of parking and wheelchair access, too. Plus, you can explore the surrounding boutique shops or get coffee in the cafe.

I have done a few of the aqua classes with Bec as the instructor and she is great, so energetic and friendly. Such a fun, all over body workout!

Must say, it really is great being back! Having a great workout like todays really does set you up for the day and puts you in that right mindset, it makes you feel really motivated and I do feel on top of the world (that’s not normal for a Monday). I am so thankful I started training with you girls, everything you do never goes unnoticed! I’d be lost without yas ❤️
