The uniqueness of our services are that we have a long history in the Fitness Industry, Disability Support Services and in Life Coaching field. This gives us a very interesting skill set allowing us to completely understand the clientele we work with and what is needed to motivate in a positive, non threatening manner.

Breaking Barriers Fitness aim is to teach as many members of the general public and the special populations group the basis of regular exercise and a healthy life style. Special Populations refers to people that are disabled, have mental health issues, domestic violence, elderly, children, pre/post surgery. The services available are personal training, group instruction, corporate classes, life coaching and work shops. Most exercise is done outside in nature, at either a pre-arranged venue or at your home. Life Coaching is factored in to all our services. More involved Life Coaching sessions and work shops are also available. Work shops are specifically designed depending on the clientele attending, ie, obesity, mental health, etc We are also a registered NDIS provider. Over 30 years experience in the fitness industry, both competing and instructing. Experienced Disability Support Worker and Life Coach. Qualifications: Cert III in Fitness Cert IV in Fitness Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach Diploma Community Service Diploma in Counseling Mental Health First Aid First Aid Degree in Social Work

Friendly staff who always say hello when you walk in. Equipment is clean and new. Never greasy or sweat streaked like at the other gyms in Taree. Toilets and showers always clean and I love the 5.15pm class on Tuesday evening.
