Our classes are designed for all fitness levels (even if you have no fitness level), and there are no complicated routines that require high levels of co-ordination. Holly says Ray helped her reach all of her mental and physical goals. After not training for months, Ray welcomed her with a big smile and threw her arms around her. She felt like she was coming home. She had been fighting some battles but Ray never gave up on believing she was ready and softly encouraged her until she made that choice. Ray is an amazing trainer.

One of the first thing i did when i came to town was join the Gym, great staff and programs thanks guys very happy to be back in training again you have a wonderful centre and i will look forward to many years here going forward.

Meeting Mel and setting up a Personal Training plan with Coaching for Nutrition has been a real game changing time for me.
