Our mission at Promenade Dance School is to provide students of all levels with more than just dance classes, but a positive and fun experience in which the student can grow both mentally and physically as a dancer. Our highly qualified staff have a wealth of experience in teaching and have a passion and dedication for sharing their knowledge with young dancers. At our Dance School, we aim to offer a friendly and caring environment for students and their families.

Vanguard Fitness was born from a 'worthy ideal'. To utilize our passion, compassion & energy to make an impact on our local community.
