She was an ICU Specialist, A Coronary Care & High Dependency Clinical Nurse Specialist. She was also a Palliative Care Specialist for 4 years working in the Community looking after Patients with cancer in their homes with the District Nurses of South Australia (her home town in Adelaide) & also worked for the Blue Nurses on the Sunshine Coast before her son started school. She Completed her Reiki (Isui Method) training in 1988. She's been teaching & holding Meditation Groups since 1988; she used to run them for her in-patients at Hillcrest Psychiatric Hospital as a means of teaching her patients how to regulate their Nervous Systems and manage their stress and elevated states. She taught & lectured in the USA in the Health & Wellness Industry & the Health and Weight Loss Industry during her time living there 1992 to 1993. She has experience and expertise on her side.
