Great for stress, pain relief, and enhancing the body's natural healing processes, this is a deeply relaxing and restorative treatment. REMEDIAL MASSAGE -- Working with varying levels of pressure, my technique incorporates trigger point therapy and some acupressure to provide lasting relief from sore, tight muscles. LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE -- This very light technique works only skin deep to stimulate the action of the lymphatic system. This pain-free treatment is deeply relaxing, rejuvenates the body and is a powerful support for weight loss and detoxification. AROMATHERAPY -- Invoking the power of nature into your healing, aromatherapy combines the psychotherapeutic effects of fragrance with the synergy of essential oils and the physical benefits of massage, to rebalance you in body, mind and spirit.
