Tammy is an incredible facilitator of 'The Work'. I want to rave on and on about how "The Work" has changed my life, but that would be too predictable. People read reviews because they want to read true accounts of people's experiences, so for me I can tell you that since knowing and having my weekly sessions with Tammy, that my thinking towards myself has changed, this has lead me to being happier, more confident, less stressed and with an inner peace that I have been searching for my whole life. Tammy has such an incredible skill of being able to lead you safely to a part of yourself that you may be too fearful to visit, all the while reassuring you, and keeping you on track. She is kind and sensitive, and in my opinion was born to heal. If you truely want to change your life, you have to change your thoughts about it, and that is exactly what Tammy has helped me to do. I'm being predictable now, but yes, this has really changed my life. Thank you Tammy for all that you are. xxx
