I’ve been training with Kasey at power plate studios for nearly 5 months now. I’m enjoying my sessions so much that it’s become apart of my weekly routine of 3 times a week. I have never exercised this much before in my life, and I love it! Kasey really listens to you to find the program that works best for your personal needs. I have had bad knees for over 10 years. Since training with Kasey I have lost weight and strengthened the supporting muscles around my knees which has pushed back my need for knee replacement surgery. I would highly recommend power plate studios for anyone. Kasey is a very kind intuitive soul who really cares about her clients.

I started training with Kasey 7 months ago. I came in 50, overweight, unfit and with a sore knee. I also hated exercise. In the 7 months I have been training at Power Plate Studio I have lost 9 kg, have no more knee pain, and am fitter than I have ever been. Kasey has a lot of knowledge of rehab and exercise physiology and can adapt exercises to suit you. Kasey is warm and kind and I would highly recommend her and power plate studio.

I am currently completing my Certificate III in fitness with Power Plate Studio Noosa and it has been an incredible learning experience. Kasey offers her clients such a unique and personalised workout experience which is evidently beneficial in many ways. I have had the opportunity to become completely immersed in both client's and my own fitness journey. Kasey's clients are able to improve their way of life as well as their habits and overall general health and fitness. The clients of Power Plate Studio Noosa also have access to rehabilitation programs which incorporates both weight loss and individualised rehab techniques. This is amazing to watch.
