A fantastic gym, great facilities and helpful encouraging staff. Fantastic to not have the whole 24/7 chain gym atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone. Fees are affordable.

Anyone who's thinking of getting their kids into a competition or fitness activity, this is the place for it. Her son became mindful, focused and dedicated. He loves it! Archer Street BoxingMitch has been my personal trainer since early 2016. He is an excellent fitness trainer. Mitch has the formal qualifications but I think his greatest assets are his charming personality and good humour. He is a great motivator. He is professional and very effective at developing and supervising your personal exercise program which he specifically modifies for you. With Mitch's assistance you will attain your fitness goals.
