I am a qualified Master Personal Trainer and have loads of experience within the sporting arena including playing first grade cricket in Sydney and playing professionally in the UK. I've played State level soccer and have coached junior and senior representative sides in both cricket and soccer for many years. I set up The Body Hub to pursue my dream of being able to help people take the first step in improving their health and fitness, becoming motivated and committed to empower themselves to improve their lifestyle and habits.
